About Ydna Murd
Started playing drums in 1982. Lived and worked in Hamburg, Germany before moving to Victoria B.C. Canada in 2005. Professional drummer since 1991. Started the Ydna Murd solo project in 2007. Author of the “Breakbeat Guide” and the “Hi-Hat Master” drum books, Academy of Music Drum Department Curriculum, Workshop Author for the German Drum Magazine “Drumheads!” and the Canadian "Drums ETC". Founder of the successful You Tube channel "Jungleritter", 4 million views, 11.000 subscribers and counting....
