Chris Warunki is a versatile Vancouver based session drummer and educator. Chris has toured extensively in Canada, the United States, Europe and the UK with a diverse range of artists including Big John Bates & The Voodoo Dolls, (Rockabilly) Jaydee Bixby (Country, Canadian Idol Runner-Up) and Wolfborne (Hard Rock). In 2008 he performed live on Canadian Idol to an audience of 2 million viewers and in 2009 to 36 thousand fans while opening for Taylor Swift at Commonwealth Stadium. 

Chris has appeared in several aired music videos and has drummed on sessions such as Sony’s Metal Premium Pack Loops, Warner’s Batman Black And White motion comic and Will Smith's I Am Legend animated short (DVD bonus). Chris' main musical project is OmnisighT, his progressive hard rock band. When not in the studio or on tour Chris composes his own music under various solo projects (Abandoned Palace, Scapegrace, Chambermaid, Aurion) and keeps a busy private teaching schedule including regular lessons on the world renown, award winning educational site; DRUMEO. He is also active year-round on the Vancouver cover band circuit playig pubs, clubs, casinos, corporates and weddings with various cover bands (Toy Zebra, Troys R Us, The New Shackletons - to name a few) on a regular basis. 

Current endorsements include Sabian Cymbals, Cympad, EPEK Drums and Los Cabos Drumsticks.
